SUMMARY
The Warehouse Quality Specialist is responsible for the lubricant warehouse to include accountability for receipts and shipments of products, safety of warehouse, management of inventory and various other duties. As well as maintaining quality controls and standards provided in the operation manual or dictated by suppliers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BY COMPENTENCY:
Customer Service Orientation
Ensures accurate product levels and sizes on packaged products to minimize backorders.
Pulls the correct customer orders for shipment to the right place at the right time.
Maintains a high-quality product that is in line with QA/QC standards.
Business Results Orientation
Ensures a safe environment in the warehouse and promptly reports any safety accidents or violations to the proper management.
Manages expenses and creates efficiencies related to operations.
Continual development and improvement repackaging and inventory management.
Keeps focused on organization goals and the balance scorecard.

Work as a team member to help improve individual, department, and organizational productivity.
Challenges oneself to grow within existing position.
Communication
Keeps direct supervisor apprised of problems or issues that are beyond a typical scope.
Keeps front office informed of operational changes and insures a good communication between him\her and the front office.
Responsible for effectively communicating to the human resource department on any personnel issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with operations, office, and sales departments.
Technical Expertise
Manages the inventory as to minimize damage and ensure correct levels/products are coming in on receipts and going out on invoices.
Ensures equipment is working safely and properly.
Knows and understands products and services.
Assembles, maintains, and installs (when applicable) plant and customer equipment.

Experience: Up to and including 3 months
Complexity of Duties: Use of some judgment to comply with instructions, prescribed routines, methods and/or practices or to respond to present computer menu choices or pre-programmed computer commands involving the making of minor decisions.
